3、job description:
o responds to customer inquiries via telephone or email to provide problem resolution to enhance the customer allegiance；
o process orders for customer; order entry, delivery notice and ar follow up；
o coordinate between internal and external customer as finance, logistics, import, marketing, manufactory and sales team to ensure the success order proceed and product on time delivery；
o communicate order confirmations to customer, prompt follow up with customer and internal inquiries for order fulfillment；
o file orders/contracts according to guidelines

工作地点：北京市天竺空港工业区b区裕华路28号10号楼（有班车）  
5、一周2-3天即可
